Meditation is a useful tool for stilling the mind. Meditation can also be used for exploring higher realities
and finding inner guidance and this is still one of its major focuses. Other benefits from practicing Meditation can include:

- Encourages deep mental and physical relaxation
- Enhances creativity
- Releases our true spiritual and emotional self
- A deeper understanding of ourselves and of our own true nature
The classes are designed to be calming and relaxing, but also fun. They are non-denominational and for everybody
- beginners to advanced. Relaxation techniques are used (such as deep breathing) to bring you to a meditative state.
You are encouraged to bring a journal with you to class, to document each session. After each meditation, there will
be a discussion time for those who wish to share their experience. You can share as little or as much as you like -
it is up to you.
